A ready-to-install electronic SIM (eSIM) with a real Indonesian mobile number from Telkomsel—not a virtual or temporary number. You will receive a QR code to install the eSIM on a compatible phone.

The number can be used with services that accept Indonesian mobile numbers, including WhatsApp, Telegram, PayPal, and other platforms. Acceptance and verification-code delivery depend on each platform’s policies and network availability. We do not guarantee compatibility with every service or successful account registration.

Keeping Your Number Active

You must top up the line regularly and monitor its validity according to Telkomsel’s requirements. Purchasing the eSIM does not provide lifetime validity. You are responsible for maintaining the line to prevent suspension, expiry, or cancellation.

Installation Instructions

1. Confirm that your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchasing.

2. Connect your phone to a stable internet connection, preferably Wi-Fi.

3. Open Settings, locate Mobile/Cellular Network or SIM Manager, and select Add eSIM. Menu names vary by device.

4. Choose Scan QR Code and scan the supplied code. Display it on another device if needed.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation, then enable the line in your SIM settings.

Warranty and Important Terms

– Warranty covers initial activation only. It does not cover ongoing service, account registration, or acceptance by third-party apps and websites.

– You are responsible for checking device compatibility before purchasing. We are not responsible for installation failures caused by incompatible devices, carrier locks, incorrect installation, or device-related issues.

– Although the eSIM may be transferable, transfer to another device and reinstallation are not guaranteed. These may require additional steps or a new QR code from the carrier.

– Do not delete the eSIM after installation. Do not assume the QR code can be reused. Loss caused by deletion, a factory reset, or an attempted transfer is not covered.

– Use outside Indonesia depends on roaming availability and the carrier’s conditions. Additional credit or service activation may be required.

– This is a digital product. Once a valid activation QR code has been delivered, refunds or exchanges are not available for a change of mind or device incompatibility.
