The purpose of this AML, KYC & Compliance Policy is to prevent Epic Store from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, identity theft, payment fraud, stolen payment instruments, account abuse, chargeback fraud, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful activity.

This policy applies to:
- All customers and account holders.
- All orders and transactions.
- All digital products and services sold by Epic Store.
- All accepted payment methods.
- All employees, contractors, partners, and authorized representatives.
This policy applies regardless of the customer's country of residence.
3. Risk-Based Compliance Program
Epic Store applies a risk-based compliance approach to review transactions before, during, and after payment.

4. Identity Verification Through Didit
To strengthen our AML, KYC, and fraud prevention procedures, Epic Store performs identity verification and customer due diligence in cooperation with our trusted identity verification partner, Didit.
Didit.me is an identity verification platform that provides secure KYC, document authentication, biometric selfie verification, liveness detection, and fraud prevention technologies.
When additional verification is required, customers may be securely redirected to Didit's verification platform to complete the required checks.
5. Know Your Customer (KYC)
Epic Store may require identity verification before or after payment, depending on the risk level of the transaction.
Customers may be requested to provide:
- Passport, National ID Card, or Driver's License.
- Government-issued identification.
- Selfie verification.
- Biometric liveness verification.
- Proof of address.
- Proof of payment method ownership.
- Additional supporting documents if required.
Failure to complete verification may result in delayed delivery, order hold, cancellation, refund where applicable, or account restrictions.
6. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
For higher-risk customers or transactions, Epic Store may apply Enhanced Due Diligence procedures.

Digital products will not be delivered until the compliance review is successfully completed.
7. Payment Verification
Epic Store reserves the right to verify ownership of any payment method used on our platform.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Proof of card ownership.
- Authorization from the cardholder.
- Relationship with the cardholder.
- Wallet ownership confirmation.
- Payment receipts or bank confirmation.
Third-party payment methods may require additional verification before delivery.

9. Sanctions Compliance

11. Order Hold and Investigation
Epic Store may delay, suspend, or place any order under investigation without prior notice when compliance concerns are detected.
Orders under review will not be delivered until the investigation is completed and approved by our Compliance Team.
12. Cooperation With Authorities and Partners
Where required by applicable law, Epic Store may cooperate with banks, payment processors, financial institutions, suppliers, identity verification providers such as Didit, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies.
13. Record Retention
Epic Store may securely retain compliance records, verification documents, transaction logs, communication records, and fraud investigation records for the period required by applicable legal, regulatory, operational, or security obligations.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Use only payment methods they are legally authorized to use.
- Cooperate with compliance and verification requests.
- Respond promptly to requests from our Compliance Team.
- Not use Epic Store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
15. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Epic Store maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering, terrorist financing, identity theft, payment fraud, stolen payment instruments, chargeback fraud, sanctions violations, account abuse, and any criminal or fraudulent activity.
Any misuse of our platform may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, order cancellation, withholding of digital delivery pending investigation, and reporting to payment providers or competent authorities where legally required.

Epic Store reserves the right to amend this AML, KYC & Compliance Policy at any time without prior notice.
