Epic Store is an Iraqi digital commerce store registered with the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce. We provide digital gift cards, subscriptions, wallet credits and travel eSIM services through formal commercial relationships with local and international providers.
Our approach combines clear product information, electronic delivery, established payment partners and risk-based transaction review.
Epic Store maintains formal partnerships and contractual relationships with payment companies, banking institutions, digital product suppliers and verification providers. Each relationship supports its respective service.
Product availability and payment options depend on the selected service, destination and checkout options. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; commercial relationships do not imply ownership of those brands.
Review the product name, denomination, supported region, platform and activation requirements before paying. Any applicable service fees are displayed at checkout for review before payment.
Products are supplied electronically through the delivery method described for each product. Delivery follows successful payment confirmation and completion of any required security checks. See our Delivery Policy.
Identity verification is not required solely because an account is new. Epic Store may require identity or payment-ownership verification when our systems detect suspicious activity, the use of different payment cards, failed or unsuccessful payment attempts, or suspected unauthorized payments. An affected order may be placed on hold before delivery until the required verification and compliance review are completed. Verification, where requested, is carried out through Didit or the secure process specified by our Compliance Team.

We do not offer refunds for purchasing the wrong product, region or platform, or for a change of mind. A defective or non-working product may qualify for a refund following investigation. Requests are assessed individually by our Compliance Team, which may require specific evidence before approval. Non-delivery and other qualifying cases are addressed in our Returns Policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
