How to Redeem Your AsiaPay Voucher

1. Open the AsiaPay app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Deposit Balance section.
3. Select Deposit via AsiaPay Card.
4. Enter the PIN printed on your AsiaPay voucher.

All AsiaPay voucher sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Keep your PIN confidential. Lost, shared, damaged, or unauthorized voucher usage may not be recoverable.

Voucher use is subject to AsiaPay’s applicable terms, conditions, verification requirements, and account restrictions.

The amount credited to your wallet may differ from the voucher’s face value due to applicable fees, commissions, taxes, or other deductions imposed by AsiaPay, the card issuer, or the payment provider.
