Terms & Conditions:

1. The RedotPay gift card is only valid for topping up a RedotPay wallet and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. The PIN code must be kept confidential. Epic Store key is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use.

3. By using this card, you agree to RedotPay’s general terms and conditions.

4. The card cannot be reloaded or exchanged once fully redeemed.

5. The card can only be used in countries or stores that support RedotPay.

How to Redeem Your RedotPay Gift Card:

1. Log in to your RedotPay account.

2. Go to the Recharge / Add Funds section.

3. Select Gift Card as the payment method.

4. Enter the PIN Code from the card.

5. Click Confirm, and the funds will be instantly added to your account.

Refund Policy:

1. Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase, except in cases of technical errors (proof required).

2. If the code is invalid or has been used before purchase, you may submit a review request to the support team.

3. No refunds will be issued for partially or fully used gift cards.

4. Epic Store Key reserves the right to deny refund requests if misuse is suspected.
